Trying To Make Technology Simple for Everyone

I’m a student who learns by building and working with real systems. I started with Avionics in the Marines, then AS in welding, certified HVAC tech, home mechanic. I have fixed 6 foot hydraulic cylinders and been frustrated by my iPhone the same day.

I began a home lab. My home lab includes Proxmox, Windows Server, Ubiquiti networking, Tailscale, VPNs, virtual machines, crypto miners, and security tools. I experiment, troubleshoot, break things, fix them, and decided to try to document what I learn along the way.

I also take on practical technology projects for small businesses and individuals — networking, server setup, secure remote access, system configuration, troubleshooting, and general IT support. I love the small businesses because they just have amazing energy.

I’m not going to pretend I know everything. If I know how to solve a problem, I’ll help. If I don’t, I’ll say so, research it, or point you toward someone better qualified.
